Field Service

With our nationwide team of field service engineers, we provide the onsite help you need, when you need it. We achieve this through a thorough 4+ week training for each new member, which ensures our team is trained in both the technical skill set to accomplish the job, and the social skill set to see it through.

With three quarters of our workload in startup environments, we know how to interface with contractors and integrators. We're prepared to get your systems setup, but more importantly, to troubleshoot and resolve issues when something goes wrong. Our experience in documentation and expectation management shines through when working with your customers and when the need for commissioning arises. Our professionalism and leadership is palpable onsite, allowing your customers to place their confidence in your product and our team.

System Layout and Design

With extensive field experience comes an extensive understanding of how systems work. From system specification to device layout, ProAutomated is able to leverage this experience to provide a team that can handle your System Layout and Design needs.

With projects under our belt from $5k to $500k, we work comprehensively in specification compliance, and are adept at making modifications for various energy codes. While maintaining an average lead time under 5 days, each member of our team produces projects with exacting standards on detail and quality.
