Meet Our Team!
Before branching out to start ProAutomated, John was an engineer at Lutron, working on emerging lighting control technologies. An entrepreneur at heart, he left to make his own way. John resides in Lake Tahoe and spends his time with family, snow skiing and shooing curious bears out of his garage.

Jerry has been with ProAutomated for about six years. He leads our huge team of field service engineers in exceeding our clients' expectations of quality on a day-to-day basis. He stands on top of a mountain of field service experience, and brings the leadership and problem-solving capability to give our team confidence in approaching any job-site hardship. Before ProAutomated, Jerry worked at Lutron for twelve years and served six year in the US Marines.
Steven joined ProAutomated in June of 2011. He wanted to use his experience in the electrical field service industry, as well as, be apart of a thriving young company. Steven oversees project coordination, internal operations, and field service. He hopes to see ProAutomated excel in the world of field service by emerging as a global leader. Outside of the office, Steven enjoys spending time with his family on their farm and is avid paintball player.
Troy has been with us for three years. After being with Panasonic for 20 years, Troy remembers being excited about the culture and new opportunity here at ProAutomated! As Area Manager, Troy handles our communications between our company and that of our partners. In the future, Troy hopes that the company can expand to 100 field people by the end of next year.
Sean has been with ProAutomated since March 2013. Before working at ProAutomated, Sean served eight years in US Army. The company piqued his interest because he liked the idea of being able to travel and working independently. Being the RRT team leader, Sean must be able to solve problems and take on new responsibilities at short notice, but he doesn’t mind because he truly loves working at ProAutomated. As years pass, Sean hopes to see ProAutomated grow and become a go-to global service company.
Nick built his technical expertise performing field service on lighting control systems. He then transitioned into sales as a Solutions Engineer and developed into leading the sales program for ProAutomated. Based out of Philadelphia, Nick spends his free time hiking and biking up and down the east coast!
Susan has been with ProAutomated since April 2015. As Executive Assistance, Susan is in charge of overseeing company events, projects, communications, and all human resources tasks. Susan sees incredible potential for growth in the coming months and years, with the company’s interest in branching out in additional services and industries, I see no limit to it’s potential. Outside of the office, Susan enjoys outdoor activites in the Tahoe area.
Jackie joined ProAutomated because she saw it as an opportunity to grow with a company that listens to their employees and treats them as people rather than numbers. Throughout the day, Jackie is tasked with scheduling service jobs, booking travel, and day to day problem solving. Outside of the office, Jackie loves to travel, cook, and do yoga.
